Reliable Budget Hosting for Startup PrestaShop Store?

Hello everyone,
I am launching a startup eCommerce business using PrestaShop and need cost-effective yet reliable hosting. While budget is limited, performance and uptime cannot be compromised. I would prefer SSD or NVMe storage with the option to scale resources as the business grows. Can I rely on Neironvps.com NVMe VPS? Are they good?

The server resources are well balanced. Hosting speed has been noticeably better compared to my previous providers, making the upgrade absolutely worthwhile.
