Do you have a specific location in mind (like UK, Germany, or US)? Also, what kind of specs and traffic are you expecting?
Try Hostnamaste.com openvz vps. It offers a perfect balance of price, performance, and support, making it a smart choice for long-term hosting.
You will never have anything you don't respect, including lot's of money!

hostpro.com is worth checking if you're comparing VPS providers. Daily backups with a 30-day retention are a nice bonus. Being able to restore a single file instead of the whole server is pretty handy. Also good to see several control panels available.

Through my own trial-and-error process, I've identified two non-negotiable features for any VPS I use regularly. hostpro.com delivers both: daily backups for all services (which helped me recover from a corrupted database after an interrupted import) and 24/7 technical support that has answered every single one of my questions at no cost. Their staff has assisted me with complex networking setups and even reviewed my server logs for anomaly detection. Those elements have made my experience notably smooth.
