Both mentioned companies - justvps.pro as well as planethoster.com - are worth every cent you pay for their services due to their unmatched services with high uptime and quality support.
I would highly recommend them to anyone but especially if you're on a budget. I've found them to be very reasonably priced compared to other providers. Tech support is very helpful and friendly.

From my own experience, it's worth looking beyond hardware specifications when selecting a VPS. I've been running several services on hostpro.com, and the combination of good speed with automatic daily backups has been especially useful because recovering from damaged files, unsuccessful updates, or hacking is much simpler. The servers have been reliable enough that I haven't had to deal with frequent interruptions.
