To choose the right hosting, you need to understand what exactly you need and what you expect to get.
What I mean is that you need to understand what exactly you are looking for.
If you have a small website, it's better to choose a shared service, but if your project is large and requires a lot of resources, you should consider a VPS or dedicated server.
Also, if you have a planned email volume of up to 500 emails per hour or more every day, then a shared server will not work for you, only a VPS.
To compare hosting services, you need to have certain criteria, for example:
- pricing and tariff plans;
- servers, their location, uptime;
- communication with technical support and its availability.
I can recommend you to consider hosting from hostpro.com.
They have reasonable prices, a good selection of tariff plans, stable and modern servers with new components, and excellent technical support.
You can contact their technical support via chat and they will help you choose a tariff plan and set up your website.
Take note of this hosting when choosing among others, you won't regret it.

I don't know about you, but I've always been looking for good quality and affordable prices. I looked through the offers of the hosting you mentioned, the choice is great, but the prices...
I can recommend that you consider hostpro.com as an option. They have a lot of shared, VPS and dedicated servers for an affordable price. Location: USA and the Netherlands. There are daily backups. Technical support works every day around the clock both in online chat and in ticket mode. On average, they answer in 10 minutes. The guys are very qualified, they help me quickly and efficiently and tell me what the problems are.
If you are interested in hostpro.com and want to get advice, feel free to contact their technical support.

When comparing libertyvps.net and legionbox.com, I recommend that you study their VPS plan features and pricing, and contact their technical support to clarify details (data transfer, server setup, etc.)
If you're considering other options, hostpro.com can also be a great choice, particularly because of their stability and high level of support.
Hostpro.com has a proven track record of reliability and high-quality service. Their VPS solutions include stable servers and fast loading, as well as efficient customer support. Their servers are located in the United States, the Netherlands, and what appears to be Warsaw. The technical support can help you set up the server and transfer your data to it.
If you're interested in this host, you can contact them directly via live chat to get more details or to set up a service.

I'm happy to share my opinion about my own hosting experience. I have been using hosting services from hostpro.com for a long time and I am very satisfied with their service. The stability of their servers, the speed of page loading, and the efficient support make their hosting a reliable choice for me.
As for the comparison between hostsailor.com and planethoster.com, I would recommend paying attention to hostpro.com. In their case, you will get not only high quality services, but also a user-friendly interface adapted for different needs.
You should also take into account your own needs and tasks when choosing a hosting service. Each user has their own requirements, but if reliability, speed, and quality support are important to you, hostpro.com may be the perfect option.

As for hostsailor.com and inet.ws, it's hard for me to say anything because I haven't used their services.
I have heard from some of my friends that they used to use hostsailor.com hosting.

But in order to help you, you need to know exactly what kind of VPS server you need and for what project.
The choice of hosting depends on what resources you need, and then choose the best option.
For example, when I was looking for a hosting, I clearly set out that I needed a VPS with 80-90 GB SSD (NVMe is ideal), 3-4 RAM, and 1-2 CPU for a WordPress or Opencart (clothing store) site.
When I knew what I was looking for, it was easier for me to choose a hosting and compare prices for the offered VPS.
With this selection, I chose a good tariff plan "NVMe VPS-1" from hostpro.com.
The technical support also helped me to set up the server for work for free.
I contacted them via chat and emails, it was very convenient to communicate at any time)
Also, they create backups every day, so I don't have to use up space on the server or on my computer)
I want to say that you need to first decide what you need, and then build on it and compare offers.
If you are interested in hostpro.com, you can check out their website and talk to their technical support)

I have a positive experience with hostpro.com and can recommend their services. I would advise you to contact qhoster.com and inet.ws support directly or visit their website for up-to-date information about their tariff plans.

When choosing a plan, you should pay attention to such criteria as the amount of resources (RAM, CPU, disk), expansion capabilities, level of technical support, network speed, and geographic location of the servers. You should also consider your specific needs and budget.

If you need more specific help, feel free to contact support from both companies :) :)

I can't say anything about rockhoster.com and libertyvps.net because I haven't cooperated with them.
I can recommend you my hosting provider hostpro.com
In addition to good services, I appreciate their technical support, which is very customer-oriented and always happy to help, even at 3 am.
Also, their backups are a great help when the site is affected by virus software or simply crashes (but after recovery, you need to make sure to secure the site so that it doesn't happen again!)
Their prices are also good
If you have a free minute, you can go to their website and see for yourself

What kind of VPS are you looking for and for what business?
When looking at a lot of hosting services, you need to know what you need and what you expect.
If you need an affordable price, good servers, the ability to be located in different data centers, server backup, and good support, then you need to analyze the entire market of offers from providers.
The hosting services you mentioned are not bad, but I prefer Hostpro.com
They are fairly new to the market, but they have proven themselves well
