Any EU or US dedicated server providers with first-month promos?

Preferably looking for deals on servers located in Europe or the US.
Bonus if the provider allows monthly payments with a good first-month discount.
Found Hostingsource.com dedicated servers. What are your views on them?

What exactly are you planning to host? Also, knowing your preferred server location and monthly budget would make it easier to suggest something suitable.
